The shop is in the perfect location in the city of Berlin and has great hours. I've never had a problem getting to the shop or visiting during business hours. Not only will they fix your espresso machine but you can buy one, all the products you need and exotic beans for the perfect cup of coffee in the morning. If really interested in an espresso machine, they may even make you an espresso to try it first, at least that's what they did for me. They were nice to work with & knowing this is a local family owned shop made my purchase even more valuable. read more
