My experience with Stevie of Macho Movers was A+ from start to finish. I called a few weeks before my move to get a quote and he asked me basic questions like the two addresses and a what all my pieces of furniture were. He also asked how many boxes I would have and was very understanding when I basically had no clue. He quickly calculated how much time he thought it would take with 2 movers, himself being one of them. His quote came in nearly $1k lower than anything the meatheads and hunks of the industry could offer. Naturally, I went with him. The day before my move, he confirmed the start time via text, and the next morning he was right on time. In fact, we were the ones being tardy, still putting stuff in boxes as he and his team member started moving furniture. He got everything in one truckload, which reduced my cost because his quote was variable based on how long it took. At the end it took 3 hours and 15 minutes, and he charged me accordingly, all less than $600. A small price to pay for not having to slip a disc trying to move furniture in my late 30s. Nothing was damaged either, so they're definitely better than your group of friends that you pay in beer. Overall, fast, affordable, and high quality work from Stevie and his crew.
