The location of Madhu's Heathrow is a bit odd, tucked away in the lobby of the Sheraton Hotel near London Heathrow, but otherwise our experience was good. My mom and I stopped by during our overnight stay before an early morning flight. The menu offered a variety of different dishes, from charcoal fired items to curries. We ordered the non-vegetarian thali to share, as well as the chili + garlic prawns appetizer. The menu says the thalis are designed to serve one but various items combine to provide a huge portion. Individually, the portions are a bit small. Each curry has around 3-4 pieces of the respective protein, but it's a nice way to try their different menu offerings. The chili + garlic prawns came with 6 and boy were they spicy (and I think I have an above-average spice tolerance). The service was great. Our waiter came to check in on us several times throughout the night and was super patient in helping us understand the menu. The ambiance was also nice.
