This is a beautiful place. Once you enter, you need a poncho, gloves and then you get your drink, which you've paid for with the entrance fee.
The drinks are a little sugary; perhaps you should just go for straight up vodka or akvavit. It was also a little empty when I was there in Late December. I'm sure it gets busier at certain times.
The best part of this place is the ice sculptures. Each year they have artists craft new sculptures in ice. You can view them as you sip on your iced drink and sit on animal fur atop ice blocks.
It's worth a visit for at least one drink. read more
