If I could give 1/2 of 1 star I would because the lowest is 1 star. May 23 Marvin completed my landscaping, May 29 I sent a text showing him weeds coming through the weed barrier. Marvin responded that he'd return yo address. I've texted weekly and every week there's an excuse. Today July 7, I reached out again to advise that it's been 30 days since...he responds 17 days. I sent screenshots of my payment May 23 and even if it's 17 days. He should address. No response!!! So I have come to the conclusion that he has no intention of addressing. read more
