I took a little drive south in search of noodles and I wasn't disappointed. I started out with the crab Rangoon. It was delicious and I would definitely get it again. The Rangoon was sweet and paired perfectly with the sweet and sour sauce that was very vinegary. This was probably one of my favorite crab Rangoon that I've tried recently. And as a cute bonus, it was delivered via robot. For entree's, I got the magic beef soup and the signature stir fried noodles. The magic beef soup consists of Beef stock, sliced beef, pickled radish, cilantro, & scallions. You also get your choice of noodles and I went with the classic. The beef broth was excellent and so flavorful. The pickled radish gave it some texture and a nice acidity. The noodles were top notch, perfectly chewy. I didn't realize that they had chopsticks and I didn't inquire so I had some issues eating this with the provided spoon. So definitely ask for chopsticks. The signature stir fry consists of Chicken, beef, shrimp, onions, cabbage, broccoli, & carrots. You also get a noodle choice and I went for the mid round. There was a good amount of meat and fresh veggies. Again, the noodles were delicious. However, the soup way outshined the stir fry so while it was good, I'd probably get the soup when I go back. read more
