Poor workmanship & unscrupulous business practices. The office manager strung me along for months promising to refund me for poor workmanship. (They put the wrong sized B vent & flashing on my roof.). They never answer the phone & even though I met their extremely ridiculous text string of demands proving the work had to be redone and providing video evidence of it being replaced, they ghosted me! I should have known from the beginning not to use them when they said they only offer a 6 month warranty on their services. Take my advice, do not use this company for anything.
