This was honestly one of the worst dining experiences I've had...it is Main Event. BUT STILL. We stood waiting to be seated for about 15 minutes despite there being no one else in line. No one acknowledged us or even let us know someone would be with us shortly. After waiting, my husband went to the bar to ask for help and was completely ignored! The bartender even made eye contact and still walked past him without saying anything. We were never asked if we wanted more 21+ drinks, the cups sat empty for most of the time on the table. We weren't even offered water after. On top of that, we were given incorrect information about portion sizes, which was frustrating. To make matters worse, our server didn't write anything down (which usually doesn't bother me) but both our orders came out wrong...The bartender/server was completely disengaged, had a noticeable attitude, and was even on FaceTime while working.
