Do call ahead to make sure they are open. I went on a Wednesday at 4:30pm and they had already closed. Their hours say they close at 5pm. Their customer service sucks. I had called that same afternoon and left a message and received no call back. I waited 2 days and called again but this time during business hours and when I asked what time they will close that day, he replied, "we are open now." When I said I can be there by 4:35pm, he said he can wait but if I'm not there he will leave. I ended up coming in during my lunch break. There were about 3 other guys working there.
