Bertha is absolutely INCREDIBLE!!! She is super talented, knowledgeable, and is truly an artist when it comes to alterations. She has a distinct sense of how to restructure clothing to make it fit best, and is super candid, which I loved! She is also extremely kind and lovely - the kind of person who immediately makes you feel welcome and comfortable. Bertha recently altered two dresses for me (including my wedding dress), and also did a great job altering a dress for my Mom. She was very efficient and communicative about each step of the process.
