Who would have thought there is authentic Chinese food in Klamath Falls? There is a huge selection of seafood, meat & veggies that you put in a plastic container that is weighed and priced; then you choose a soup base and the whole thing is cooked and delivered in a large bowl. Adjoining is a Chinese tea shop that also serves the restaurant. I tried the jasmine-flavored lemon iced tea--usual but good.
