We signed our contract to get the retaining wall torn down and replaced, tuck pointing on the house, and patch the driveway back in mid April. The wall was done quickly and the quality is good per our building inspector, though he did say there were a few things he would've done differently. It is warrantied for 5 years. Shortly after the wall was finished, I provided the final payment with the understanding the job would be finished the following day. Two months later, after rescheduling 5 times for​ many reasons, the driveway patch was done yesterday. They resealed the driveway for free for our inconvenience. I paid $9500 for all work done.
