Absolutely do not take your wedding dress here if you need it wedding day ready! I paid $75+ to get it pressed. They put it back in the bag until I came to get it. I asked if it would be fine and she said "yeah we pressed it...and it's in the bag so there's nothing more we can do". I pulled it out of the bag to find the tulle incredibly wrinkled and the part that was pressed had creases from being in the bag. Not to mention they had the underpart of the dress hooked to the top of the hanger so basically it was folded up. This was the major contributor to the creases. I get they have to put the dress back in a bag but maybe a clear bag they put other dry cleaning in would have been better or at least until I came to pick it up. I'll give a one star bc they were "affordable" and I'm sure they did press it (plus it's the minimum). They miss out on the four stars for terrible service and obviously not listening to my stated needs of "I need this nice and crisp for my wedding reception". Now I'm out that money and have to go get it repressed and steamed. read more
