The best BBQ on the east side of the island! I ordered the Tar Heal sandwich which is North Carolina pulled pork, coleslaw, and cheddar cheese on a sweet roll with a side of macaroni and cheese for $9.50. That's a steal in my book. The portion size is perfect for the price and filling. The mac n chez was so tasty and homemade like grandma's Sunday dinner. They also sell a plethora of cocktails and a few beers on tap for those who like to buzz with their BBQ. I sure do. Ordered the Jack Daniel's and lemonade - a fantastic combination of whiskey and lemons tasting straight from a lemon tree. My Lord did I enjoy my time at Maple Tree. Will definitely be back again and again until I try everything on the menu. Superb service and really nice rustic and cozy feel inside. Parking across the street in the rock parking lot. read more
