Love the lobby design and decor. The garage is simple but the spots are tight. As close as my building and I'd expect more for these prices. Views are what you're paying for. No more than 4 units on the 11th and 12th floor. Nice layout's and design. No 3 bedrooms. I always loved the 3rd/4th floor most whichever one it is because they have the largest balconies that wrap around. Only 2 elevators. No separate service elevator. Association rules state when you move in or out you must hire a security guard to monitor the door. read more
