Since the last review we lost yet another property manager. We didn't get to see ber for most of her time as she only worked part time and another person was hired part time in the office. New security hired to work only days, evenings and weekends but no overnights. No idea if stuff was being done in the building or if anyone new was being hired since there was no communication from MDI - until word spread (& a last minute poster put up in the lobby) that a meeting was being held between HCDA, MDI, Kim Coco Iwamoto and the seniors. Young MDI president disrespectful to females but Kim Coco offered help to senior whose rent was higher than her SS check (which should have been caught years ago). Drain pipes being changed but issue of overnight emergencies not addressed. read more
