Mark L Miller construction is our subcontractor through Lowe's. The installation team sent to our home improperly installed 2 sliding glass doors. They also installed a large bay window that has a large crack in the frame--whether they installed an already damaged item or if they damaged it while installing, I am unsure. Either way, it is incredibly unprofessional to do so and not address the issue with the customers. We have been trying to get them to come back to our home to fix damages and finish the job they started for over a month. Each time I speak with them on the phone, I am more and more surprised by the lack of professionalism. And I am sure Laura would tell you a different story--she is great at taking things out of context. I would not choose this company if it was up to me but at this point, I just need Lowe's to get them to finish the job they started. read more
