I have been a customer for 30 years. Mark's Optical is a second generation family owned and operated business. I have literally had hundreds of pairs of glasses/ lenses made there. At this point I consider them more like family than just an optical shop. Mark as well as his adult son, Gennady, are multi- lingual. He has a large customer base of European clients as well as locals. I enjoy listening to Gennady speaking in foreign languages and in an instant change to English. He takes time and care with every client. Everything is custom made with care and attention to detail. This kind of customer service is unheard of anymore and yet the cost is less than any other place in Denver.
