We have been taking two cars to Marshall's for 12 and a half years and we couldn't be happier. Their mechanics are experts on just about everything. Best of all, they're scrupulously honest. Case in point. I thought I had break problems as the car was making a squeal when I applied the brakes and later on it had a rubbing noise while driving. Called them and yes, they could have had me brought the car to them and charged me for a break job I didn't need. But no. The problem was a simple issue which I resolved myself with their guidance. On another case, I had a puncture in one of the exhaust pipes. It would have been simple for them to have an entire exhaust repair. Instead, I was pointed to a repair place nearby where they were able to do some precision welding for a fraction of what it could have cost. Their service orientation is above par. Devon and Gage are able to provide superb support even in the middle of the busiest days. Unflappable people. They do have AAA discounts too. Best yet, they support veteran causes and that is an added star in my book. We use them for everything related to our vehicles.
