This little gem in Comox was such a surprise. Canada doesn't seem to be much of a Yelp area so I wanted to get on and give my opinion. This busy little spot definitely needs a reservation. It is hopping on a Monday evening. Let me first say the service was excellent. All the staff were friendly and prompt. We started with some appetizers the calamari and the mussels. Both was delicious. It is rare to find calamari that isn't over cooked and this was cooked perfectly to tender, lightly breaded and served with a fabulous taziki sauce. The mussels served with toast points in a lemon wine sauce was excellent. I order the seafood linguini that had sockeye, clams, mussels, white fish and prawns in a lemon cream sauce that was all excellent. A huge portion that I took half home. My husband had the pork schnitzel special and upgraded to the risotto for his side instead of mashed potatoes. He also added a ceasar salad for us to share. It was wonderful!! We also tried the red and white sangria and wow it was awesome! It comes by the glass or 1/2 L or whole L. It was delicious!
This restaurant came highly recommended by another boating friend and we will definitely go back! For everything our dinner was less than $150 US including a generous tip for the excellent service! read more
