We ordered the tonkotsu ramen. The broth was quite hearty and the noodles are firm. There are a lot of toppings added to your bowl, from carrots, scallions, chashu, and half a soft-boiled egg. Great spot for cold winter days. The sitting area is a little small, but otherwise, the ambience is pretty good for Ithaca standards! Our total per bowl came out to be like $13.50, which is great value coming from NYC where the ramen can get pretty pricey. Would come again! read more
