I connected with Tom through my realtor earlier this year when I was looking for a single family investment property. He offered to walk through a couple different houses with us to look for anything concerning prior to putting an offer on anything considering how competitive the real estate market was at the time. I was able to purchase the second property that we had walked through. I hired Tom and Brian to do a number of different items (too many to list here) at the house to get it ready to rent - which included a complete kitchen remodel. The kitchen turned out great and I get compliments on it all the time. I had a couple other projects that I had been meaning to get done that I called Tom and Brian to work on as well including: new wood columns and railings on a front porch where some of the old wood was rotting, and running new circuits to add a dishwasher and disposal in a kitchen that previously did not have any. I also had a plumbing issue come up that they took care of quickly. Overall I am happy with the quality of work and will likely look for their help if/when future projects come up.
