Was hoping to be the first review but second will have to do. Had a completely different experience. Master Mitigators did a great job for me, and I highly recommend them. Lavelle Bratton was friendly, professional, and right on time when he came out to give me an estimate. He took his time, explained everything clearly, gave me the estimate verbally before leaving, and then followed up in writing. A couple of weeks later (I scheduled it for a couple weeks later), he came back for the installation, showed up promptly, and installed the system without any issues. The system is working great, and I'm very happy with the price and the service. I also did before-and-after radon testing through two different labs, and the improvement was significant. Overall, it was a very positive experience, and I'd definitely use Master Mitigators again. I have and will be recommending Lavelle. read more
