First time coming here for convenience and I will never bring my bailey here again. Master pup is closed on Mondays but take appointments for Monday. I came in they asked no questions mind you it was his first visit. They asked for all information when I picked him up. They butchered my dog. I will continue to go to my usual place my puppy club. I am not sure if Mondays appointments don't have the usual groomers. I am so upset and disappointed especially with all the good reviews and cute pictures of other dogs. read more
