I had a wonderful meal at the Mathis restaurant. Greeted by Tomer and Sara, we felt immediately welcome with a friendly staff. This restaurant just opened less than a month ago. The menu makes you want to order everything and they have a surprisingly large selection of wines by the glass. We sampled their fried chicken bucket as an entree and it was divine! Boneless, skinless and tasty. Then we had the chateaubriand, which was prepared to perfection and served with delicious potatoes, crisp green beans and sucrine salad in a copper pan. Dessert was a heavenly grand marnier soufflé - not easy to find in the city. This restaurant is a true gem and provides an impeccable dining experience. I will be back and recommend it to all my friends!
