We was referred to this tint place by a great dealership, I will not mention the name, however our experience while getting the Truck tinted was great, besides the owner trace telling us he had to re tint the window twice because it kept rolling down, we should have became suspicious and did a thorough check before leaving . The following day we get home try and roll the window down, it would not roll back up. We then contacted Trace he than tells us the window like that before he tinted the windows and it was on the dealership who sold us the Truck etc. Moral to the story the window was not like that when we purchased all windows was working properly before we took it to get tinted. Not only did he not take responsibility of his actions he basically blaming the dealership for his screw up extremely unprofessional. Highly not recommend them for any luxury vehicles at all.
