Air Force bases are usually the best of the military service, and Maxwell does not disappoint. They have a lot of schooling here for Air Force pilots, and you will see pilots from foreign Air Forces around the base. It is very convenient to get an ID card here. You can make an appointment, but I didn't and they saw me within 10 minutes of sitting down. This is a great place to do your shopping, if you shop on base you don't have to pay Alabama's 10% sales tax. read more
