I'm an out of town owner and I asked for a flat rate quote for a move-out cleaning job in short order. Many cleaning services were reluctant to quote a flat rate, and Mayra was the most responsive and reasonable among those that quoted a flat rate, and she demonstrated a can-do attitude. In the end she and her crew did an excellent job, and she meticulously sent me photos of before and after on the work that she did as I requested, and was kind enough to clean things that were out of the original flat rate scope, but she cleaned them anyhow seeing the dirt. She definitely went above and beyond on the work and she left the place spotless! Mayra did an excellent job and was responsive, professional, and dependable.
