Grabbed some breakfast this morning and about a quarter of a mile away my husband and I noticed "crunchy chunks " in our breakfast sandwiches. It was egg shells larger than our finger nails, MULTIPLE in each with just about every bite. In addition to that, there was a bug floating at the top of my orange juice. Although we were issued a full refund upon our return it definitely made us want to avoid any other purchase from this location, the individual who issued the refund id assume was a shift manager and honestly could use some training for better customer service skills as well. I'm not sure if this is a management/training issue or what but the all around experience was awful. read more
