So a McDonald's is a McDonald's, right? The food's the same everywhere, whether it's in Cailfornia, Washington, Alberta or wherever. (save for buttermilk biscuits in the States) This McDonald's disappointed me immensely in the fact that it wasn't kept clean, despite having enough staff. I saw workers refilling drink cups and fry boxes but not one emptied the trash (inside or out) and the lone bathroom, located in the Playplace, had TP and paper towels all over the floor. The sink and floor looked like it hadn't been cleaned all day. One positive is that they had a change table in the bathroom. Normally, I expect a little disarray at a McDonald's, if only due to how busy they might be. For me, this was unacceptable. I hope other restaurants think so too. read more
