I had two unique needs, purchase and install a Breezair evap and install a direct vent fireplace for my home. I first pursued the Breezair job with Don. Don was responsive, on time, and provided a good thorough estimate within a reasonable amount of time. All my questions (and I had many) were answered. Alex and his team of installers did a wonderful job. They arrived on time, kept me informed on their progress and cleaned up after themselves. I contacted the office three months later to report a fault indication on the controller panel. The office staff contacted Alex and he responded within the same day and cleared the blockage and the fault. Totally satisfied with their work and responsiveness I then contacted Don again for the next job (fireplace install). Don brought along Raul for the estimate and again I was presented with a reasonable cost estimate.
