And on the last Summer sunday farmers market at Dirtbag ales, I finally tried medi bites! Got their (can't remember what they're actually called-sorry) but their loaded fries with chicken with a side of hummus. Not gonna lie, I wish I hadn't waited until now to try this because it was absolutely delicious! I've always been a huge fan of Mediterranean and let me say that chef tanuckan- also has a full scale brick and mortar in Fuquay Varina, which I was super excited to discover. Also found their Instagram which showcases some true artistry I can't wait to try. Let me also say that hummus is to die for, Very flavorful and perfectly seasoned and topped. So much yum. read more
