Went to this Medlab location for a drive-up Covid-19 PCR test. The location is on Cayuga right next to Charlie the Butcher. Make an appointment first on their website. There are designated spots to the left when you pull in the parking lot that are clearly marked for Covid-19 testing. Pull in one of the parking spots and someone comes to your car within minutes. Have your mask on with your health insurance card and ID ready. There's no charge for the test. Test results are usually back within 24-48 hours. Mine were back in 26 hours.
