I'm so excited because the very popular Mel's has expanded to a 2nd location in nearby Springvale. The wait time for a table was less, although the service was pretty slow. But they're new. I'm gluten free (and more) and they have all the same amazing options as the other location and even (shh, don't tell anyone) made a gluten free pumpkin pancake just for me which was seriously amazing (and I generally don't like pancakes, especially gluten free ones). The lobster benedict was amazing, even with the gluten free English Muffins. And they kindly gave me a side of spinach, since I asked for something green. But it's obvious that they only had frozen spinach which was horribly bitter and gross. Still, I'm thrilled by this place for allergy friendly meals. read more
