First of all, this place was in SUCH a cute part of town. There were so many small businesses, including local coffee shops, gift shops, and bakeries in the area. Additionally, the area had a fantastic view of the mountains of Zion National Park.
Secondly, upon entering, the friendly and light atmosphere was palpable. The staff were so friendly, and the natural lighting and clock decor added such a cozy vibe to the cafe.
Finally, the FOOD. Oh my gosh, the Hawaiian sandwich was the best sandwich I'd ever had. The pork was so juicy (its savory flavor complemented the pineapple's sweetness so well) and the sauce was so yummy. My sister got the Cubano sandwich, which was also super tasty. The sweet potato fries were fried to perfection (so crispy on the outside and fluffy on the inside).
I highly recommend this place to anyone visiting Zion! read more
