THE most neglectful customer service ever. I have been remodeling my entire house over the past few months and have made LOTS of trips to this store. The ONLY time I was ever confronted by a worker was in the lighting section. Not in paint, not in doors, not in flooring, not in HVAC, not in bath. I have spent several thousand dollars here over the past few months. Today I came in fully expecting to order a full bathroom (shower, shower door, vanity, vanity top, faucets, mirror, toilet). All I had to do was pick them out and place the special order for certain things they don't carry in stock (the expensive things). I stood and debated on showers and vanities for over an HOUR and the one time I did see a worker walk by he just kept walking. Needless to say, since they don't want to help and don't need my money, I walked out and won't be back. Disgusting. read more
