So I had bought a purse exactly a month ago, there was a defect on the purse, three dents all together. Which made it difficult to zip up or even open.
I went back to exchange it and they said no, they sent me to their customer service "warranty" which I do understand... only if I've had the bag for more than 5-6 months... for their one year warranty.......but having it only 30 days and them not being able to exchange it on the spot was very disappointing..! Now I have to go out of my way to call them, take pictures, email them and wait for a 5-6 day response.....
