I am writing to express my extreme dissatisfaction with the moving company I hired. During the move, the movers, who did not speak English, damaged my dresser. Despite this, I gave them a $100 cash tip due to their hard work in hot conditions. However, upon attempting to set up my Tempur-pedic bed, I discovered that the metal pieces attached to the frame were missing. I emailed the company but received no response. A week later, I sent a follow-up group text, threatening to report them to the BBB and leave a one-star review if they did not respond. The company finally replied, stating they did not see the metal pieces in the truck, but failed to apologize or take responsibility. I hold the company accountable for their unprofessional handling of the situation and lack of accountability for the damages to my $900 dresser and $6000 bed. He only tried to call the day that I said I will filed complaint! He didn't try to go week ago or two weeks ago when I sent the complaint to him regarding the damages!
