This michael's has AWFUL customer service. No one helped me find my yarn, when i asked multiple times. The place is very dirty, and unorganized. To top it all off my boyfriend who has a medical issue, was using the restroom - and the worker had a fellow co worker go into the restroom and rush him out! The store wasn't closing for another 45 minutes. I am so disturbed. read more
