I tried the pasta station for the first time today (since it was the only hot entrée station open during the "limited availability" period near the holiday). The pasta was REALLY good! I was surprised! I ordered basil pesto penne with chicken, topped with green onions, parmesan and fresh chopped tomatoes. It was just as good as something you'd receive in any fine restaurant and I'd totally order it again! With the exception of it coming in a sauce-absorbing cardboard container that is just strong enough to hold wet contents for about 6 minutes, I was very satisfied with my cuisine! Note: It takes about 8 minutes to get back to my office... I keep extra paper towels in my desk. Ugh. read more
