This will be my 4th time having this procedure done since 2008. The process from initial consultation with Mike MacDonald on one date, to having the actual procedure done by Dr. Koobatian, in-hospital, is always well coordinated, easily understood, and as comfortable as it could possibly be. Mike takes all the time necessary to inform me how it will proceed, and the pre-prep., putting any apprehension to rest, & making me feel confident about it.
