This tiny food cart situated in downtown Gilbert offers mouth watering carne asada tacos and other traditional favorites. After leaving one of the bars on a Friday night, this taco stand hit the spot. They have a few tables set up next to their stand which is nice and our order came out fairly quickly. I ordered three carne asada tacos and my friend opted for the nachos. The carne asada was flavorful and these were probably some of the best street tacos I have had. The nachos were good considering they had the carne asada and fresh toppings on top but the nacho cheese and chips were nothing special. There were also a couple of salsa bottles on the tables as well. All in all Midnight Tacos is wort trying and I believe they have an actual location in Gilbert which I will definitely try to stop by. read more
