Ginger in customer service was very quick to respond and incredibly professional and kind when we set up our appointment for movers. The two gentlemen that came to pack our household goods into a uhaul for us were polite and professional, however, the quality of their packing was lazy and not worth the money. We packed everything that could go into a box in a box and had taken apart all the furniture that could be taken apart ahead of time, we only needed them to wrap the furniture and pack everything into the truck. I'm beyond pissed about the quality of their packing. We told them this was a military move and we had a long distance to go so we wanted everything packed in tight and protected and now we have new furniture and workout equipment damaged, hundreds of dollars worth. I don't recommend them. To be fair they packed half of the uhaul up very nicely, but right at the halfway point you can see where they got lazy and just started throwing our things in. And I mean they straight up just tossed out stuff in. We provided a ton of moving blankets and mattress covers for everything, they didn't wrap any of our dining room chairs and they didn't use one of the mattress covers for a mattress and on one of them they did use, they didn't tape it so it got stained and dirty from the move. Y'all can see from the pictures how the chairs look thrown in & how they tossed our brand new mattress in the truck, because of the way they packed it it got punctured and now we have a hole in a brand new mattress. They tossed in parts of the bed and left a good chunk of it unwrapped so a lot of our beds have been scratched up. They also didn't wrap my husband's metal rogue squat rack with blankets and a ton of the paint was scratched off of it. My husband and I have moved ourselves before (as recently as 7 months ago) and we did a better job with no damage than these so called professionals. Doing it ourselves next time. read more
