Had the opposite experience with Blake and Milltown. Blake designed a custom dual vanity cabinet for my master bathroom. He worked with me over a few weeks tweaking the measurements until the design and balance of drawers to cabinets were perfect. Furthermore, he worked with me on the color of my cabinets giving full range of any paint color; I selected Benjamin Moore - Hale Navy. And by working with me, I mean Blake took many phone calls, provided many redesigns and sent many emails all with a pleasant, helpful, professional and customer service oriented demeanor. The paint finish was great and just the color I expected. The price quoted included delivery and installation. The delivery and installation guys were fabulous. Doors and drawers are soft close and the drawers are separated from the cabinet by a full piece of wood. Full payment not due until final product delivered.
