Milton's Riverwalk continues for quite a bit, with one end south of the city center by the Santa Rosa County Veterans Memorial Park where I found a pretty picnic shelter. There are benches along the way, shade trees along the way and a gazebo at the north end.
The boardwalk extends along the Blackwater River and in the morning before the boating had disturbed the water, it was very lovely.
