I'd never ever been to Minh's, though I've driven by a zillion times living here! Online, most all reviews were stellar, so I was excited to try it the other day. Greeting you in the store is the family Corgi and the sweetest girl behind the counter! With an extensive menu, we ordered some familiar dishes: custard dumplings, crab Rangoon, and the combo plate of almond chicken, sweet and sour prawns, pork fried rice, and pork chow mein. It was indeed sooooo fantastic! SOOOO MUCH FOOD. (I'm not complaining!)
