If you are in search of a top-notch printer with even better customer service, look no further. As a business owner myself, I know one thing for sure: loyal customers are not earned through smooth sailing, but how we rise to meet difficult challenges. I brought a print job to Tom and Elainey last week. It wasn't an easy one, being that I'm located in Austin, Texas and our client is near Boardman. We used our local Minuteman here in Austin (they are great) to run 2500 8-page brochures only to realize too late that there were mistakes. Yep. That means I'm paying out of my own pocket for the "re-run." Rather than shoulder the shipping costs again, I searched for a printer close to our client. Alas, the clouds parted and a ray of sunshine lit up my Yelp page!! There's a Minuteman in Boardman!! I knew upon my first call with them I made the right choice. Elainey kindly listened to my plight and was ready to jump in and help. Over the past week, myself and my team have worked closely with her and Tom to make sure this next run was PERFECT. They went as far as to print multiple proofs for me & took snapshots with their phone so I could rest assured that I would be delivering a perfect product to my client. (Who does that?!) They never seemed rushed, although I know they are busy. They always listened, although I know I talked too much. They are great people running a great business and I think you've found your printer!! I know I have!! I'm not even kidding.
