Kyle came out to inspect the work and agreed it needed to be redone -- which I truly appreciated. Jayden was then assigned to the project, and I couldn't be more impressed. He carefully assessed everything, explained the best approach, and completed the job with precision, care, and efficiency. The tub and surround look fantastic! He used a high-powered fan and hose system that almost completely eliminated the strong fumes, which made a huge difference. I also really appreciated the careful masking and protection of the floors and bathroom fixtures -- everything was well covered and respected.
