This is one of the newer food trailers here in Marshall. It is parked out front of the Tire Shop on Hwy 80 across from the Super Mercado El Paisino. She told us she is there Monday through Saturday. Breakfast, lunch especially....I don't know how late though. We tried her Green Enchiladas for lunch one day and they were good. Friday is a day she told us where she cooks a lot more options. Each day she does have tacos. She speaks only Spanish but is very friendly. We will be back. read more
