This new spot in North Chicago is a great addition to the Mexican restaurants. It looks tiny from the outside but it surprisingly is bigger than I imagined. I ordered for takeout and even with the language barrier the waitress was super friendly and we figured it out. They have horchata and their horchata is delicious. It's not as sweet as other places and has a little something extra that I enjoyed about it. I ordered 2 steak tacos, 2 chicken tacos, a steak sorta, and rice. Their tacos are on the smaller side, but very flavorful. The torta was bigger than I expected but I absolutely enjoyed it. The rice through me off as it wasn't traditional Mexican rice like I was assuming. It had a garlic/buttery taste but it was mushy. I'll be back to support a local business. read more
